Growing up, I never wanted to go to university. At first the idea terrified me. Choosing your own classes? Making new friends with strangers? Referencing? What even is referencing?!!!

In honour of Mother’s Day, I am discussing some of the most memorable literary mums.
I recently read Unfiltered by Lily Collins and I have to say: I was blown away. I’m not a fan of ‘celebrity’ books but after hearing so many wonderful reviews, I decided to pick Unfiltered up—despite believing that I never would.
And I am SO glad I did. I got heaps out of this book, and adored it equally. I also found out pretty quickly that it wasn’t one of those ‘celebrity’ books. Continue reading
